Dr. Searles is a very caring dermatologist. My face had lots of acne and he helped me. The treatment took a while but at the end all was good. As is expected with accutane there was some dryness but that was manageable. I was using some creams as well but I think it was accutane that helped the most. thank you

I have been getting botox twice a year for about 3 years. It is basically painless, takes a couple days to start working and is worth the few hundred dollars to look younger and more relaxed. I went back and forth in my head about getting filler under my eyes because I thought it would hurt. I built it up for nothing as it is no worse than botox. Now I dont have huge eye bags that even makeup
